46th Annual Roche de Boeuf is held in Waterville, Ohio every year in September. I always look forward to the annual festivities in our community. 

It is a time where history and today come together for one day. History of our founding of Waterville, re enactments, food, music and crafters from all over come to share. 

This morning's line up for the parade was no different as I witnessed local neighborhoods of people making their way to downtown. Area business setting up their storefronts and making last minute adjustments. In the distance I could hear the high school bands warming up. Children and adults decorating their vehicles and stocking their bags full of candy to toss to all the awaiting little ones at the bottom of the hill. 

We can't forget the Car show that is held in the parking lot of Shawn's Irish Tavern with its mixture of vintage and modern.
